Had some really bad pain in my IT band for the past week. I reached out to Louie and he was able to get me in same day. After a session of foam rolling, compression therapy, cryo and breaking down tissue with the TheraGun I feel amazing and can hit the courts again. Best part is the knowledge given to help me maintain my health. Definitely recommend for anyone active and will absolutely be back routinely!

There is no better place to recover than the Recovery Lab, it is a great place to for pre-workout, post-workout or to help with an injury. I love the compression therapy, cryo and spot cryo.
